Paul Davy

Paul Davy is a seasoned Senior Project Manager with extensive experience in project management within the civil engineering sector. Currently employed at Arcadis, Paul is involved in the EA Bridgwater Tidal Barrier project and has contributed as a seconded project manager for South West Water and Canal & River Trust. Previously, Paul managed projects within the Environment Agency’s Programme and Contract Management while at Arcadis and EC Harris, focusing on flood risk management initiatives. Additional roles include overseeing civil, mechanical, and electrical contracts at Amec Foster Wheeler, and consulting on water supply projects in Iraq with Pell Frischmann. Paul's career began with a strong engineering foundation, resulting in a Master of Engineering and Bachelor of Engineering in Civil Engineering from the University of Plymouth.
