Pratheepan Paramanathan

Pratheepan PARAMANATHAN is a Senior Cost Manager at Arcadis since May 2021, with extensive experience in managing costs for luxury hotels, private residences, data centers, and various commercial projects. Responsibilities include mentoring cost managers, evaluating skills, reviewing estimations, and conducting risk evaluations. Prior to Arcadis, Pratheepan served as a Cost Manager and Quantity Surveyor at Gleeds from April 2016 to May 2021, contributing to significant hotel projects and managing budgets and contracts. Previous roles include Quantity Surveyor at Dubai World Trade Centre and Pico MENA, along with foundational experience at City Palace Furniture and DAMAC Properties. Pratheepan holds a Master’s and Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying from Heriot-Watt University, along with an Associate Diploma in Information Technology.
