Rachel D.

Rachel D. is an experienced professional in sales and coaching, currently serving as the Regional Sales Director for Architecture and Urbanism at Arcadis since November 2024. Rachel also owns M87 Creative, LLC, and acts as CXO since June 2022. Previous roles include Planning and Performance Management Executive Coach at ESC Region 11 from February 2023 to December 2024, and Associate Director at IBI Group from May 2013 to May 2020, where Rachel co-created the IBI Learning+ practice and served as the Global Education Lead and Strategist Advisor. Rachel's earlier experience includes working as a Marketing Manager at Texas-IBI Group, Inc. from November 2011 to May 2016. Rachel holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology and a Bachelor of Arts in English (Rhetoric), Communication, both from Texas A&M University.
