Reuel Abrams

Reuel Abrams is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in civil engineering and project management. As a Senior Programme Director at Arcadis since 1999, Reuel oversees the sponsorship for Phase 2B of the High Speed 2 project, including key developments towards the Hybrid Bill for the Western Leg and West to East Midlands. Reuel also contributed to Career Ready as a Local Advisory Board Member from April 2021 to October 2023, supporting student initiatives in East London. Earlier in the career, Reuel served as a Project Manager at Robert Benaim & Associates, focusing on major infrastructure projects such as the Singapore MRT and the Panzana, Sungai Dinding Bridge. Reuel began professional training at Mott MacDonald after earning a Bachelor's Degree in Civil and Municipal Engineering from UCL.
