Gillian Roy

Gillian Roy is a seasoned professional in social performance and corporate affairs, currently serving as the Director of Corporate Affairs and Sustainability at Rio Tinto and Allkem. They have extensive experience in the mining industry, having previously held leadership roles in corporate communications and marketing at companies including Edumine, Allnorth, and Terrane Metals Corp. Gillian also contributed to the Mining Association of Nova Scotia as a board member, advocating for the mining and quarry industry. They earned a BA in International Development from the University of King's College.
