Mark Hayles

Mark Hayles is a skilled Commissioning Manager and Consultant Project Engineer currently working with Arcadium Lithium at the Fenix Site. With a rich background in project management and system technical liaison, they have led efforts in Instrumentation & Control Systems across various sectors, including LNG, oil and gas, and minerals and metals. Mark's extensive experience includes notable roles at Bechtel, Chevron, and Wood, where they successfully oversaw engineering, construction, and commissioning for multi-billion dollar projects. They possess a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical and Control Systems from The University of Western Australia.
