Luke Mills

Luke J. Mills has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Luke J. is currently working as an Asset Director at Arcan Capital since March 2022. Prior to that, they worked as a Portfolio Manager at FPA Multifamily, LLC from August 2021 to May 2022. Luke also served as the Vice President of Portfolio Management at The RADCO Companies® from July 2017 to October 2020, and held various other roles within the company, including Investment Manager, Director of Investment Analytics and Dispositions, Senior Analyst, and Real Estate Analyst. Earlier in their career, they were a Summer Fellow at OmegaFi, where they participated in focus groups and assisted in social media outreach. Luke also worked as a Student Assistant to the University President at Columbus State University and as a Research and Market Analyst/Intern at Wells Real Asset Management GmbH. Additionally, they served in the US Army, holding positions such as Airborne Infantry Company Operations Non-Commissioned Officer in Charge, Airborne Infantry Squad Leader, and Personal Assistant/Driver to the Battalion Command Sergeant Major.

Luke J. Mills received a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Finance & Management and a minor in International Business from Columbus State University. In 2009, they obtained a certification as a Jumpmaster from the U.S. Army.
