George Lawrence Cordero

George Lawrence Cordero is an experienced software engineering manager currently with Arcanys since November 2016, where responsibilities include managing diverse client projects and optimizing development team output. Previously, Cordero served as Lead Scrum Master at Global Zeal, Inc. / School Improvement Network, playing a key role in establishing the company culture and operations in Cebu. Earlier roles include Director of Engineering Operations at Exist Global, oversight of office efficiency and collaboration across departments, Director of Operations at Morphlabs Inc., managing resource development, and Software Design Supervisor at NEC Telecom Software Philippines, coordinating with international teams on project requirements. Cordero holds a BS in Computer Science from Ateneo de Davao University, obtained in 1998.
