Tim Phillips

Tim Phillips is a seasoned professional in the aged care industry with a focus on lifestyle and housekeeping management. Currently serving as Special Project Manager at Arcare Aged Care since April 2023, Tim has previously held significant roles at Regis Aged Care from March 2013 to April 2023, including National Manager positions for Housekeeping & Lifestyle and Staffing Service & Regis Advice, as well as National Lifestyle Manager. Prior experience includes working as a Wellness and Lifestyle Specialist at Aveo Group (2010-2012), Lifestyle Coordinator at Uniting AgeWell (2008-2010), and Recreation Coordinator at Glen Eira City Council (2005-2008). Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation Management from Victoria University, completed between 2002 and 2005.
