Vanessa Lane is an accomplished professional in clinical governance and risk management, currently serving as the National Clinical Governance and Risk Manager at Arcare Aged Care since November 2019. Previously, Vanessa held the position of Global Clinical Governance and Quality Director at Bupa from July 2013 to September 2019, contributing to an international health and care organization serving millions globally. Vanessa's career began at the Department of Health - Victoria as a Senior Project Advisor in the Quality, Safety & Patient Experience Branch, where notable achievements included facilitating training and developing resources for the Victorian Health Incident Management System. Vanessa holds a Master of Engineering in Quality and a Graduate Diploma of Business Administration from RMIT University, alongside a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nursing from Alfred Hospital and Philip Institute.
