Wayne Wallis

Wayne Wallis is the National Food & Beverage Manager at Arcare Aged Care since June 2020. Prior to this role, Wayne served as the Hospitality Manager for Residential Services at VMCH from August 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities included overseeing the strategic and operational aspects of catering services to ensure high-quality resident-centered care. Wayne holds an Advanced Diploma in Hospitality Administration/Management from William Angliss Institute and has a background with the Australian Army Catering Corps from 1987 to 1993.
