Doug Elder

Doug is currently the CEO and President of HIELA Advisors. He is a technology executive with extensive experience around the globe. He operated businesses and executed strategies in Asian, European and North American markets. Doug was the CEO and President of AEI - Automation Technologies, Inc. (acquired by Mycronic AB) - a leader in camera module active alignment assembly systems - and received his MBA from George Washington University.
