Harsh Bharat Kakashaniya

Harsh Bharat Kakashaniya is an experienced manager and engineer specializing in robotics and automation, currently serving as the Manager of Robotics & Automation - Perception & Planning at ArcBest Technologies since May 2019. Harsh's background includes roles as a Robotics Software Engineer II and Robotics Engineer, focusing on setting up warehouse simulation ecosystems. Previous experience includes positions as a Robotics Intern, contributing to path planning algorithms and localization methods, and as a Design Engineer at ACG Worldwide, where Harsh developed a groundbreaking robotic pick-and-place system. Additionally, Harsh co-founded Vtweak.in and managed a channel on Geogebra while leading mechanical efforts in the MITCOE Robocon Team. Harsh holds an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurship and Innovation Management from the University of Arkansas, along with a Master of Engineering in Robotics and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering.
