Jefferson Maldonado

Jefferson Maldonado has extensive experience in robotics and automation, currently serving as the Director of Robotics and Automation at ArcBest Technologies since June 2016, where previous roles included Manager and Senior Robotics Systems Engineer. Prior experience includes organizing over 25 VEX Robotics competitions and training sessions as a Regional Intern at the Robotics Education and Competition Foundation from August 2014 to May 2016. In 2015, Jefferson contributed as an intern with the Office of Naval Research at NAVAIR, focusing on validation and analysis for advanced aircraft recovery systems. Jefferson's foundational experience in the US Navy involved overseeing maintenance for advanced recovery engines, achieving a 98% equipment availability rate. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Harding University and a Bachelor's Degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from Vaughn College of Aeronautics and Technology.
