Courtney Fretheim

Courtney Fretheim, CPA has a diverse work experience in the finance and accounting field. Courtney currently holds the position of Vice President and Controller, Asset-Light Logistics at ArcBest, where they are responsible for overseeing financial operations. Prior to this role, Courtney worked as the Director of Planning & Forecasting at ArcBest, where they collaborated with the Strategy teams and Investor Relations to report progress on long-term goals. Courtney also managed a project to create productivity metrics for shared service groups. Before joining ArcBest, Courtney worked at ConocoPhillips in various roles, including External Reporting Consultant, Supervisor Mid-Continent Financial Analysis and Reporting, Bakken Financial Analysis and Reporting Analyst, Income Statement Consolidation Analyst, Internal Reporting Analyst, and Internal Auditor. In these roles, they gained valuable experience in financial analysis, reporting, forecasting, and auditing.

Courtney Fretheim, CPA received a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from the University of Arkansas in 2006. Courtney then pursued a Masters of Accounting from the University of South Carolina, which they completed in 2007.
