James Hooper

James Hooper is a seasoned professional in account management and sales, currently serving as a Senior Account Manager at ArcBest since March 2021. With a strong focus on developing sales strategies and customer success, James has also held positions at UPS as an Account Executive and Inside Sales Representative, where responsibilities included process improvements and maintaining customer relationships in the Central South East Michigan territory. James began a career in human resources through internships at 4imprint and Festival Foods, acquiring skills in recruitment and employee management. A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management was attained from the University of Wisconsin–Oshkosh.
