Kaitlyn Turner has a diverse work experience spanning several companies and roles. Kaitlyn began their career at UATV - University of Arkansas Student-Run TV Station, where they worked as a Reporter, Producer, and Production Assistant. During this time, they wrote news stories, performed live shots, and covered various topics.

In 2013, Kaitlyn joined Nexstar Broadcasting Group, Inc. as a Production Assistant, a position they held until 2015. Kaitlyn then moved to KNWA, where they started as a Reporting Intern before being hired as a Production Assistant. Their responsibilities included managing the station's website and social media accounts and writing articles for web and broadcast.

In 2016, Kaitlyn transitioned to ArcBest, where they initially served as a Corporate Communications Coordinator. In this role, they worked on internal communication projects, including videos, graphic design, and email campaigns. Kaitlyn also collaborated with the video marketing team, handling various tasks like scriptwriting, interviewing, shooting, and editing videos. Later, they advanced to the position of Corporate Recruiter, eventually becoming the Lead Corporate Recruiter.

Throughout their career, Kaitlyn has gained experience in various aspects of communications, including content production, project management, and recruitment.

Kaitlyn Turner obtained their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Communications from the University of Arkansas between 2012 and 2015. Kaitlyn also possesses a certification in Unconscious Bias from LinkedIn, obtained in 2020.
