Damla Tomsuk Kökeş

Damla Tomsuk is an experienced professional currently serving as the Integration and Business Process Development Director at Arçelik Hitachi Home Appliances since May 2021. In this role, Damla reports directly to the CEO, managing integration efforts, overseeing business transformation projects in Vietnam, and directing a digital transformation program across multiple countries. Prior to this, Damla held various positions at Arçelik Global from August 2006 to April 2021, including IT - Global Business Partner & Relations Manager, where responsibilities included global IT engagement and support for subsidiaries, and EMENA Sales Process & System Development Manager, focusing on sales process standardization across regions. Damla's expertise is backed by a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering from Boğaziçi University and a Bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University.
