Sinnie Ng has a diverse work experience in the field of research and science. Sin Man (Sinnie) started their career as a Ph.D student at the National Cancer Institute, where they studied the expression pattern of nuclear hormone receptors in murine dendritic cells after viral infection and investigated the anti-pathogenic roles of Neuron-Derived Orphan Receptor 1 knockout mice. Sin Man (Sinnie) then worked as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow at the same institution, focusing on investigating alternative clinical protocol for melanoma treatment using adoptive cell transfer immunotherapy. Their results showed enhanced efficacy of the treatment with the use of heterodimeric IL-15.

Later on, Sinnie joined Johns Hopkins Medicine as a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the Division of Reproductive Sciences & Women's Health Research. There, they initiated research projects on uterine leiomyoma and represented the Principle Investigator in meetings with collaborators from federal agencies and universities.

Their current role is Principal Scientist at Arcellx, Inc., where they continue their research in the field.

Sinnie Ng completed a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from The Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2005. Sin Man (Sinnie) then pursued a Master of Philosophy degree in Chemical Pathology, specializing in Allergic diseases, from the same university from 2005 to 2007. Sin Man (Sinnie) further advanced their education by obtaining a Ph.D. in Biochemistry, specializing in Immunology & Endocrinology, from The Chinese University of Hong Kong between 2007 and 2011.
