Herve Mouille

Herve Mouille is the Chief Technical Officer at ArcelorMittal Dofasco, a position held since January 2022. Prior to this, Mouille served as Chief Operating Officer at ArcelorMittal Poland from January 2012 to December 2021, overseeing the downstream flat products sector with a workforce of 2200 employees and an annual production capacity of 2.5 million tons in 2016. Mouille also held roles as Engineering Director at ArcelorMittal Poland, managing significant capital expenditure projects, and as Project Leader for the Journey to Zero initiative focused on health and safety improvements at ArcelorMittal France. Other notable positions include Head of Central Maintenance and Spare Parts and Head of Internal Logistics at ArcelorMittal France. Mouille holds a Master's degree in Science in Engineering Mechanics from Virginia Tech and an Engineer's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Arts et Métiers - École Nationale Supérieure d'Arts et Métiers.
