Érika Dion

Érika Dion, CRIA, serves as Chief of Staff to the CEO at ArcelorMittal Mines et Infrastructure Canada, a position held since August 2018, where responsibilities include supporting the president and executive committee in strategy formulation and implementation, overseeing high-level strategic projects, and ensuring organizational coherence. Érika has held various roles within ArcelorMittal, focusing on organizational development, performance management, and talent development. Prior experience includes positions at Praxair, Inc., where Érika managed HR activities related to training and performance, along with earlier roles at Labrador Iron Mines and Stikeman Elliott LLP. Érika holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Relations from Université de Montréal, supplemented by an international summer program at Renmin University of China and pre-university studies in Human Sciences from Cégep de Granby Haute-Yamaska.
