Ashutosh Telang

Ashutosh Telang currently serves as Vice President of ArcelorMittal and Director & CHRO of ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since November 2022. Prior to this role, Ashutosh held the position of Chief People Officer at True North Co from November 2017 to November 2022. Ashutosh's extensive experience at Marico Limited from August 2003 to October 2017 includes several senior HR roles, culminating in Chief Human Resources Officer. Additional experience includes a General Manager position in Human Resources at Ranbaxy Laboratories Limited and various HR roles at E.Merck Limited and Marico Limited. Ashutosh holds a Master’s Degree in Labor Studies and a Bachelor’s Degree in Statistics, both from the University of Mumbai.
