Koushik Chatterjee

Koushik Chatterjee is an experienced electrical engineering professional currently serving as Section Head - Electrical at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since September 2022. Previously held positions include Manager Technical Service at Gainwell Commosales Pvt. Ltd., where responsibilities included the erection and commissioning of highwall miners, customer support, and interaction with government organizations for mining operations. Prior to that, Koushik worked as a Senior Executive at thyssenkrupp Industries India, focusing on project execution and risk management for bulk material handling equipment. Earlier roles include Deputy Manager at Sandvik, where similar responsibilities were undertaken, and Project Engineer at TRF Ltd., specializing in the commissioning of bulk material handling systems. Koushik began his career as an Assistant Engineer at DB Power Electronics. Koushik holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from the West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata, completed in 2006.
