Narendra Badve

Narendra Badve is an experienced IT leader currently serving as Head IT Delivery at ArcelorMittal Nippon Steel India since January 2022. Prior to this role, Narendra held the position of Senior Manager at Capgemini from March 2009 to September 2023, where significant contributions included managing SAP projects for the Oil & Gas sector in the MEA region, leading complex Master Data Governance initiatives, and overseeing data migration for Indian pharmaceutical companies. Additional responsibilities included serving as Solution Architect for a project with India Railways and managing large-scale SAP implementations for major enterprises. Earlier experience included roles as Sr Consultant at IBM India and Team Lead at Accenture, focusing on Plant Maintenance systems. Narendra holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Instrumentation from Shri Guru Gobind Singhji Institute of Engineering and Technology.
