Amandine Laconte

Amandine LACONTE currently serves as Cadre RH in the recruitment, mobility, and career management service at ArcelorMittal since November 2021. Prior to this role, Amandine was an employee relations specialist at ArcelorMittal Europe from April 2018 to October 2021. Amandine began professional experience in labor law as a juriste at Fédération Française du Bâtiment NPDC from September 2014 to August 2015, where responsibilities included advising members on labor law, creating legal tools and summaries, preparing information sessions, drafting correspondence, and updating the legal database. Amandine also completed a legal intern position at Fédération Française du Bâtiment in mid-2014, contributing to the development of social law guidelines and tools for members. Amandine holds a Master 2 (M2) degree in Labor Law from University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology, which was completed in 2015.
