Bipin Bihari Padhy

Bipin Bihari Padhy, M Tech, FIE, currently serves as General Manager-Construction (Project Director) at Tata Projects since June 2024, while also holding the position of Deputy Head of Construction at ArcelorMittal since January 2022. Prior experience includes serving as DGM-Project at Shapoorji Pallonji And Company Private Limited, focusing on the Bauxite Handling Project for Guinea Aluminium Corporation, and as Project Manager at Larsen & Toubro for a 3 MMTPA Blast Furnace at TATA Steel. Earlier roles at Larsen & Toubro also encompass Project Manager for a Steel Melt Shop, Operation & Maintenance Manager for a significant pumping station contract, Construction Manager for a pellet plant, and Senior Engineer for a Thin Slab Caster project. Bipin holds a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology and is a Fellow of the Institution of Engineers of India.
