Evander Damasceno

Evander Damasceno is currently the Global R&D Portfolio Director for South America at ArcelorMittal, overseeing Bars & Wires and Sections, and serves as a Post Graduate Professor at PUC/MG. They have over two decades of experience in various roles, including management consultant and continuous improvement expert, within ArcelorMittal and other organizations. Evander holds multiple degrees, including a Bachelor's in Statistics and Master’s degrees in Statistics and Occupational Health and Safety. Their achievements include significant contributions to Six Sigma projects and the implementation of effective safety management systems, resulting in substantial cost savings and accident reductions.
