Hanaa DERREM is a finance professional with extensive experience in financial planning, analysis, and management across various roles. Since November 2010, Hanaa has held multiple positions at ArcelorMittal, culminating as a Finance Projects & Senior Support Manager and Head of Financial Planning & Analysis/Legal Statutory, focusing on business partnering with the CEO, team management, and financial performance analysis. Additional responsibilities included overseeing month-end closing activities, implementing reporting processes, and managing customs processes across industrial plants. Outside of ArcelorMittal, Hanaa co-founded and serves as Treasurer for the non-profit organization "J'agis à mon échelle," aimed at raising awareness about climate change, and is an Associate at Time for the Planet, an initiative to fund climate-positive innovations. Hanaa’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Finance and Control from HEC Liège Management School and a Master's degree in Finance and Accounting from Ecole Nationale de Commerce et de Gestion.
