Jan de Moor

Jan De Moor has extensive experience in the steel and iron foundry industry, currently serving as Segment Leader for Heavy Machinery and Product Manager for High Strength & Wear Resistant Steels at ArcelorMittal since August 2004. In this role, Jan is responsible for innovation in General Industry Markets, overseeing the market implementation of new products and customer development projects. Prior positions at ArcelorMittal include Development Manager and Coordinator for Customer Technical Support in Metal Processing. Jan's earlier career includes significant roles as Production Manager at multiple foundries, including Van Londen Gieterij and Gieterij Middelburg, where responsibilities encompassed production management and quality oversight. Jan holds a BSc in Mechanical Engineering from HZ University of Applied Sciences.
