Javier Petri possesses extensive experience in the industrial products sector, particularly within ArcelorMittal, where roles include Head of Global Operating in Industrial Products, IT/Telco, Head of Refractory, and Head of Front Office & Trading Energy (Gas & Power). This professional has managed a USD 1.5 billion portfolio as Senior Lead Buyer for Base Metals, focusing on nickel and zinc, and negotiating physical metal transactions. As Lead Buyer for Industrial Products, responsibilities included strategic sourcing for long and stainless steel rolling products. Javier's background also includes M&A in limestone and steel making lime projects and industrial services procurement.
