Herwinder Sahota has over two decades of experience in data strategy and product management roles. Starting with roles as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Microsoft and as an Economist at Eurostat, they progressed to roles such as Customer Intelligence Analyst at France Telecom and Lead Consumer Management Analyst at ClarityBlue. Later, they held positions at Experian as a Principle Data Strategy Consultant and Senior Global Product Director. Their tenure at Sky involved leading various teams and programs related to data management, insight transformation, and customer decisioning. Most recently, they served as the Director of Product at Harbr before taking on the role of Director of Data Strategy at Saga plc.
Herwinder Sahota completed their secondary education at Herschel Grammar School from 1985 to 1992. They then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics at Cardiff University from 1992 to 1995. Subsequently, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics/Econometrics from the University of Nottingham in 1995-1996.
