Jean-Marc Joly

Jean-Marc Joly has extensive experience in the IT sector, currently serving as CIO Global Research & Development and Chief Data Officer at ArcelorMittal since November 2000. Joly's roles have included Head of Digital & IT DATA, IT Transition Manager for the India Program, and Head of IT Transformation Office for ArcelorMittal's South West Europe division. Responsibilities have spanned IT infrastructure, program management, and industrial application domain management, particularly in implementing SAP and MES solutions. Prior to ArcelorMittal, Joly worked at IBM Global Services as a Project Manager in the telecom domain. Joly holds a degree in Chemical Engineering with a focus on Industrial Polymer Chemistry and a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry.
