Manoj Krishnan Nair

Manoj Krishnan Nair serves as the Director of Business Transformation at ArcelorMittal since January 2022, previously holding the position of Senior Manager Continuous Improvement at the same company beginning January 2020. With extensive experience at Wipro Limited from December 2011 to January 2020, including roles such as Manager Quality and Deputy Manager Quality Process Excellence, Manoj has successfully driven transformation projects leveraging Robotics Process Automation (RPA) and Six Sigma methodologies, achieving significant productivity and efficiency improvements in various sectors, including finance and accounting. Starting a career at Sterlite Technologies Limited in process development and management, Manoj contributed to innovative fiber optics solutions and received notable recognitions including a CEO award and a US patent. Manoj holds a Master’s Degree in Physics from Bharathidasan University.
