Niraj Kawale

Niraj Kawale currently serves as Deputy Manager for Team Operation Integration at ArcelorMittal, starting February 2024, and is involved in the operational integration of Blast Furnaces 2 and 3, focusing on FAT/SAT of instruments and automation systems. Previously, at Tata Steel from September 2012 to February 2024, Niraj held the position of Senior Engineer in Electrical and Automation, contributing to the operation of a furnace with a significant production capacity, and began as a Trainee Engineer responsible for maintenance activities in a coke plant. Academic qualifications include a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications from the Institution of Engineers of India, a Diploma in Engineering from Yeshwantrao Chavan College of Engineering, and ongoing participation in the PRAGATI - FELT Leadership Development Program at Tata Steel, among other educational credentials.
