Paula Motta

Paula Motta currently holds the position of Financial & Business Performance Manager at ArcelorMittal since January 2010, following a role as a Controlling Specialist. Prior to this, Paula worked as a Trainee at Magnesita from January 2009 to January 2010. Paula earned an MBA in Controlling & Finance from FUCAPE between 2012 and 2013 and obtained a degree in Economics from Universidade Federal do Espírito Santo from 2005 to 2008.
