Rafael Tapia is the Center of Excellence Manager for North America at ArcelorMittal, where they lead the Corporate Continuous Improvement program across various sites in the NAFTA zone. With 18 years of experience in operations, Rafael has held various leadership roles in production, engineering, and project management at companies including Vallourec Mannesmann Oil & Gas France and VSB. They have a strong background in improving industrial efficiency and managing multicultural teams, having overseen significant enhancements in production processes and quality metrics. Rafael holds an Executive MBA from HEC Paris and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Veracruz Institute of Technology.
