Risto Naumov

Risto Naumov is a seasoned finance professional currently serving as the CFO for ArcelorMittal Europe - Long Products since October 2023, managing an organization with a turnover of $9 billion and EBITDA ranging from $0.5 to $1 billion. Previously, Risto held the role of Head of Financial Planning and Analyses & Performance Steering at ArcelorMittal FCE, overseeing financial operations for Flat Carbon Europe with a turnover of approximately $25-30 billion. Risto's extensive experience at ArcelorMittal includes various senior financial leadership positions, such as CFO at ArcelorMittal Skopje and Business Division Projects CFO, where responsibilities spanned business partnering, financial reporting, risk management, and operational optimization. Risto began a career in external auditing at EY, leading audits and participating in M&A projects, and holds a Bachelor's Degree in Financial and Accounting Management from St. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
