Samy Belaid

Samy Belaid is a seasoned professional in transfer pricing, currently serving as a Manager at KPMG Avocats since May 2023, while also holding the position of Transfer Pricing Specialist at ArcelorMittal since July 2022. Prior roles include Senior Tax Adviser at KPMG Luxembourg and Senior Consultant in Transfer Pricing at Deloitte Switzerland. Throughout the career, Samy has developed expertise in assessing arm's length characteristics of intragroup transactions, estimating arm's length interest rates and margins, and preparing comprehensive transfer pricing documentation using various financial databases. Samy holds a Master’s degree in Procédure et Fiscalité appliquées from Universite de Lorraine and has completed an exchange program in Law at Chicago-Kent College of Law.
