Shalaj Gupta is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the steel and banking industries. Currently serving as the Director of Automotive Sales at ArcelorMittal, Shalaj has been instrumental in managing significant operations across North America, overseeing a business valued at over $20 billion with substantial steel shipments. Shalaj's previous roles at ArcelorMittal included leadership positions in marketing, strategy, performance improvement, and international business development, contributing to market share growth and logistics optimization. Prior experience includes a consultancy role at ABN AMRO Bank during a critical acquisition phase and a project lead position at Hexaware Technologies, where Shalaj enhanced business processes for major clients.
