Stacey VanderHeiden Gűney serves as the Global Head of ArcelorMittal University, responsible for designing and implementing innovative global learning strategies within one of the world's leading steel and mining companies. With a robust background in learning and development, Stacey has driven significant cultural shifts towards learning at ArcelorMittal and has previously held prominent roles such as Founding Director at Every Learner Everywhere, where efforts focused on leveraging adaptive learning technology to support underrepresented students, and Assistant Vice President of Academic Affairs at Aims Community College, where numerous academic and operational enhancements were realized. Education includes a PhD in Learning Technologies from the University of North Texas, an M.S. in Engineering from Washington University in St. Louis, and a B.A. in Math, Physics, and English from Greenville University.
