Tom Waterschoot has extensive experience in the metallurgy and material science sectors, currently serving as an R&D Program Manager at ArcelorMittal since July 2003, overseeing metal processing programs. Previously, Tom held the position of Product Development Manager focused on substrate and surface product developments within the FCE Quality & Product Team. Additionally, Tom has contributed as a Product Quality Manager at OCAS NV since July 2010 and has experience in research, having worked as a Research and Development Program Manager at Universiteit Gent from 1998 to 2002. Tom holds a Master's degree in Engineering with a specialization in Material Science from Ghent University, completed in 1998.
