Chiara Caccinelli

Chiara Caccinelli serves as the Deputy Head of Economic Analysis & Digital Affairs at Arcep and is currently the Co-chair of the Digital Markets Working Group at BEREC. Chiara previously held roles as Project Manager at the Florence School of Regulation and as Delegate General at Université Paris-Dauphine, where involvement included academic research on digital markets. Chiara has contributed to significant reports and opinions concerning regulatory frameworks in the digital space. They also lecture part-time at Université Paris Dauphine, focusing on EU regulation of digital platforms and electronic communications.
