Dustan Gleeson

Dustan Gleeson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in client success and financial operations. Currently serving as Vice President at Arcesium since June 2016, Dustan has held multiple leadership roles, including Vice President for Client Success Management, Financial Operations Relationship Management, and Head of Middle Office in New York. Prior to Arcesium, Dustan was Director of the Middle Office at HedgeServ from March 2009 to June 2016 and held the position of Manager, Middle Office at International Fund Services (NA) LLC, a State Street Company, from July 2001 to February 2009. Dustan began the career as Assistant Manager at Datek Online Holdings Corp. from August 1999 to July 2001. Academically, Dustan earned a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Colorado Boulder between July 2020 and May 2022, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Finance from the University of Maryland, obtained in 1999.
