Mike Zacks

Mike Zacks, PMP has extensive experience in program management and project engineering, working for various government agencies and defense contractors. Currently serving as Vice President, Integrated Operations Programs at Arcfield, Mike oversees a portfolio of programs providing a range of services to government customers. Prior to this, Mike held senior leadership positions at Lockheed Martin, where Mike managed geospatial intelligence programs, and at the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, where Mike was involved in the acquisition of a Fisheries Research Vessel. Mike also has a background in engineering, holding a BS in Marine Engineering from Massachusetts Maritime Academy and a Masters in General Administration/Finance from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
