Rich Leino is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in growth strategy and technical leadership within the defense and technology sectors. Currently serving as Director of Growth at Arcfield since August 2025, Rich previously held the role of Vice President of Growth at Joint Strategic Technologies from August 2024 to July 2025, where responsibilities included developing growth strategies and managing pipeline activities. Prior to that, Rich was Vice President of Growth at SMX for over a decade, leading significant capture efforts and achieving over $7 billion in total capture value. Earlier career roles include strategic and technical positions with the Marine Corps, encompassing management of network operations and architecture for the Marine Corps Enterprise Network, and command of communication support during Operation Iraqi Freedom. Rich holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the Naval Postgraduate School, a Master's in Military Studies from the Marine Corps Command and Staff College, and a Bachelor of Science in Nuclear Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
