Ryan Hakala

Ryan Hakala began their work experience as an Electrician at Woods Electric LLC in 2007 and continued in that role until 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an Electrician at Venture Electrical Contractors. Ryan then returned to Woods Electric LLC in 2012 and remained there until 2018. In 2018, Ryan joined the City of West Allis as an Electrician and worked there until 2020. In 2020, they started working at Arch as an Electrical Foreman/Site Superintendent. Ryan has since been promoted to the role of Head of Technical Operations at Arch in May 2022.

Ryan Hakala attended Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2009 to 2013, where they pursued an Electrical Apprenticeship - JATC degree in the field of Electrician. In addition to their degree, they have obtained several certifications, including a PV Associate certification from NABCEP (North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners) in November 2021, a Journeyman Electrical License from the Wisconsin Department of Safety and Professional Services in June 2021, and an Osha 30 certification from the OSHA Safety Training Institute.
