Terry Hamer

Terry Hamer has a diverse work experience. Terry started their career in 2008 as the Navigation Operations Department Director on the USS LOS ANGELES (SSN 688) in the US Navy. Terry then served as the Director of Navigation Training at TTF Bangor and later became the Shop Superintendent at Integrated Power Services. In 2013, they joined Efficient Energy of Tennessee as a Project Manager and later became the Director of Operations. Terry also served as the Operations Officer for USFOR-A before joining the US Navy Reserve. In the Reserve, they held the position of AOIC - SATWO and served as the Director of Operations and Project Manager at Efficient Energy of Tennessee. Terry has also worked as the Head of Technical Operations at Arch Electric and currently holds the position of Executive Officer in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Additionally, Terry has worked as a Sr Project Manager at SolAmerica Energy and currently serves as the Director of Business Operations at Arch.

Terry Hamer obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Physics in the years 1997 to 2001 from Drake University. Following that, Terry pursued a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Finance and Operations Management from The Wharton School in the years 2006 to 2008. Additionally, Terry holds a Master Electrician certification from the State of Tennessee, obtained in April 2023.
