Danny Avant, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Danny currently serves as the Director of Sales, Energy at Arch Aerial, a commercial Unmanned aerial system (UAS) operator and hardware manufacturer. In this role, Danny is responsible for providing nationwide rapid response mapping and 3D modeling solutions to businesses in the agricultural, construction, insurance, and energy sectors. Danny utilizes their expertise in UAS/drones to create and sell customized service solutions, generate and manage sales leads, and serve as the main point of contact for customers. Danny has been with Arch Aerial since May 2015 and has progressed through various positions, including Sales Manager.

In addition to their work at Arch Aerial, Danny has volunteered at the Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo since August 2018.

Prior to their current roles, Danny was actively involved in the Alpha Tau Omega Fraternity. During their time with the fraternity, they held several leadership positions, including President, Vice President, Alcohol and Drug Awareness Chairman, and Social Chairman. As President, they managed and oversaw 120 members, earning the highest Greek chapter award at Baylor University. As Vice President, Danny supervised 15 leadership chairman positions and facilitated the chapters Judiciary Board and Executive Board. Furthermore, they created and implemented a comprehensive alcohol and drug awareness program, which included baseline surveys, expert presentations, and post-tests with a 100% passage rate.

Danny Avant, MBA, completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Mays Business School - Texas A&M University between the years 2020 and 2022. Prior to their MBA, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Psychology, with a minor in Theology, from Baylor University from 2012 to 2015. Before attending Baylor University, Danny Avant studied Psychology at Houston Christian University from 2011 to 2012, though they did not obtain a degree from this institution. In addition to their academic achievements, they also hold a CrossFit Trainer Level 1 certification, which they obtained in January 2012 from CrossFit, LLC.
