Jean Lopez has extensive experience in marketing and loyalty programs. They are currently the Vice President of Marketing at Arch Amenities Group, where they oversee marketing strategies. Prior to this role, Jean worked as a Senior Director of Marketing at the same company. Jean also has experience in customer loyalty and program leadership, having served as a Program Leader at Kellogg Executive Education. They have also held various positions at Foot Locker, including Director of Loyalty for North America and Director of Global Loyalty Metrics and Analytics. Jean's earlier work experience includes roles as Marketing Director and Loyalty and Digital Marketing Manager at Club Quarters Hotels, as well as Marketing Manager at Terra Momo Restaurant Group. They started their career as a Marketing Coordinator at Swissotel Management Corp.

Jean Lopez has a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Physical Education/Adult Fitness from Kean University, which was obtained from 1995 to 1998. Later, from 1998 to 2000, Jean obtained a Master of Science (MS) degree in Hospitality Industry Studies from New York University. In 2019, Jean completed a Digital Marketing Certificate program at Cornell University. Lastly, in 2020, Jean earned a Hospitality & Tourism Management Certificate from Florida Atlantic University - College of Business.
