Chris Caudill

Chris Caudill is a seasoned information technology professional with extensive experience in end-user services and operations. Currently serving as VP of End User Services Engineering at Arch Capital Services LLC since November 2022, Chris has successfully streamlined central printing management to enhance efficiency and support sustainability goals. Prior to this role, Chris spent over six years at Arch Mortgage Insurance Company (Arch MI), where responsibilities included directing workspace operations, managing a service desk team, and leading projects on mobile device management solutions. Earlier experience encompasses roles at Columbia Forest Products as an Enterprise Network Administrator and OrthoCarolina as a Systems Analyst, alongside service in the US Army as a Signal Support Systems Specialist. Chris holds an MBA in Computer/Information Technology Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology with a focus on security.
